Job Description

Our client is a leading company in the food service sector. They are currently looking for 100 process workers to work in their facility based in Werribee South, Victoria, with work commencing September 2024.

In this role you will be working with in a field and shed environment. You will be working in all types of weather including, cold, hot and wet weather, therefore must be able to deal with the different types of weather environments. You must be flexible to cover various shifts and weekend work as and when the need arises in order to support the team.

You will be paid under the Horticulture Award - Level 1 at an hourly rate of $28.26 per hour, with a minimum of 32 hours per week. You will be offered an 8 month contract with potential to upskill.

Characteristics and Aptitudes:

• Strong and fit for manual labour
• Stand for long periods of time
• Able to bend over for long period of time
• Heavy lifting
• Able to work weekends, public holidays
