We have both ongoing and fixed term opportunities available. You will handle more complex investigations into complaints about lawyers, their fitness to practice and associated disciplinary issues.

A high level of understanding of how to interpret and apply legislation, including an understanding of the operation of legal practice environmentsStrong communication and relationship management skillsWhere litigation duties are required: Demonstrated advocacy skills in a Court and TribunalSubstantial experience as a legal practitioner with considerable experience in private practice, regulation and/or government prosecutionsAdmitted as an Australian Lawyer and/or eligible to obtain a Victorian Practising CertificateThat sounds like me
