About the Role:


The Charter division at CDC NSW is growing and we are looking for a dynamic and passionate Charter Administration Consultant to join the team at our St.

Marys office in Western Sydney.

Reporting to the General Manager - Charter and Commercial, this role will provide administration support to Charter team and excellent customer service to our clients.


Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Respond and process all quotes/bookings/correspondence from customers in a timely manner with high attention to detail
  • Ensure we are meeting KPI's and correct margins
  • Ensuring customer service standards are always adhered to
  • Invoicing as required
  • Face to Face customer meetings as required
  • General office duties and other ad hoc tasks as required
  • Liasing with key stakeholders both internally and externally

  • A positive and strong team player with exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Personable, wellpresented in person and on the phone
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented with attention to accuracy.
  • Well organised, able to prioritise effectively and manage projects to agreed timelines despite conflicting priorities.
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills
  • An ability to work with mínimal supervision
