The Nudge Group are thrilled to be partnered with a progressive publication house who have developed a fantastic industry reputation, working with luxury brands to create meaningful moments for a sophisticated audience.

We are supporting the scaling growth of their team, as the business navigates an exponential transformation into becoming a boutique creative agency.


We are looking for an imaginative Production Creator to come on board to operate the planning, filming and editing of videography and photography content across their portfolio of prestige, luxury clientele.

This role will absolutely own the end-to-end video and still content creation, you will need sublime expertise and skill in editing to ensure quality assurance and vison has been executed.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Operate video and still photographer devices on location or in studio.
  • Design, transports, sets up, and operates production equipment, including audio and lighting equipment, for field and studio productions.
  • Maintain equipment inventory and field and studio production schedules.
  • Plan the shoot with the creative team and the client.
  • Edit footage in postproduction to deliver on briefs.
  • Project manage internal and external parties to ensure quality assurance and vision has been executed
  • Contribute to the planning with clients and client service team.
To excel in this role, you need to possess superior communication and interpersonal skills.

Collaborating with the internal content teams, as well as managing the expectations of high-profile clients in a high capacity is an essential for the role, managing multiple projects at one time.
