The Role

The Day to Day

Responsibilities include:

  • Design, manufacture and testing of automated monitoring systems.
  • Programming and configuration of data loggers, sensors and telemetry devices
  • Provide technical support to field staff, project teams and clients.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation.
  • Perform general technical and administrative duties.

The Essentials

  • Relevant Trade or Tertiary qualifications are desirable, but not essential.
  • A genuine interest in IoT, Arduino, Raspberry PI and other systems would be beneficial.
  • Competent level of computer skill coupled with practical and technical aptitude.
  • Strong work ethic, initiative, and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as with limited supervision.
  • Ability to use hand tools to fabricate instrument systems.
  • Working knowledge of the principles and practices of HSE.
