  • At CPA we have exciting new opportunities for experienced DSP's that are able to work Active Awake Night Shifts on the Northern Beaches locations.
- _Please note you will be required to stay awake for the duration of the shift_

  • About the role
  • To be successful in this role, you will need to be available for a minimum of 23night shifts per week. As part of the role you may be required to work across a number of sites to meet the needs of the services required.
  • Shift times:_
  • Shift start and finish times may vary depending on the needs of the service. You will need to be available to work shifts from 10/11pm and finish between 6am9am.
  • Locations include:
  • Narraweena
  • Cromer
  • Dee Why
  • Belrose
  • Mona Vale
  • Terrey Hills
  • Frenchs Forest
  • Forestville
  • Your duties will include:
  • Delivering personalised support in a group home setting
  • Providing in home support by assisting clients at meal times, with personal care and administering medication
  • Assisting with domestic duties around the home
  • Supporting clients to engage and participate in their community
  • Socialise and build a happy and positive relationship with our clients
  • Using CPA minivan to transport clients if applicable
  • You:
  • Preferably a minimum of 6 months experience as a Support Worker in Disability
  • Have been described as an outstanding communicator who is empathetic and compassionate
  • Have a professional approach, are accountable with a high level of motivation
  • Are upbeat, and a team player
  • Requirements:
  • Available to work a minimum of 23night shifts per week
  • Available to work shifts from 10/11pm69am
