The Role:


The Marketplace Coordinator will work closely with the product management and buying teams to gather product information, including specifications, descriptions, pricing and images.

Reporting into the Head of Planning & Commercial, you're responsiblities will include the following:

  • Assist in managing and maintaining product listings of our Marketplace products on the Platypus Site.
  • Ensure product enrichment is managed efficiently, with strong attention to detail and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate and uptodate product data, including pricing, inventory levels, and availability.
  • Work with SEO teams to ensure products and content are optimised for search and adhere to SEO best practice.
  • Liaising with various stakeholders across the wider Accent Group to assist with inventory management of wholesale free stock and the selection of product for the Platypus Webiste.
  • Provide weekly / monthly reporting and analytics of the performance of marketplace product on the site.
  • Working effectively with internal Departments to achieve effective outcomes through product sell through.
  • Support the ecommerce team with various tasks
Please note, this is a 6 month contract

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage timelines
  • Aptitude to take a proactive approach and think strategically
  • Ability to develop relationships with internal and external partners
  • Capability to take a proactive approach and think strategically
  • Experience using Excel and eCommerce platforms, preferred
  • Affiliation with Accent Group Core values and "Make It Happen" attitude
  • Degree in a related discipline (prefer but on essential)
