We have a position available for a carpentry apprentice to join our very small team.

Spectre Carpentry is a small family-run company currently under a heavy workload looking to take on a 1st year apprentice to help lighten the load.

We specialise in all aspects of carpentry from framing, lock up and fix to external cladding and decking. Work is primarily volume builder, based anywhere from Berwick back towards West Gippsland.

To be successful you will need to have the following:

Must have:

  • Completed Year 1
  • A white card
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools
  • Commitment and enthusiasm with a genuine interest in carpentry
  • Physically fit and capable
  • Drivers licence & car OR a method of getting to and from the job site daily
  • Tool belt and basic hand tools (hammer, square, chisel, tape measure)

Preferred but not essential

  • Completed a preapp
  • Own tools


To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
