Join us as a Senior ICT Business Analyst You'll be pivotal in consolidating and analysing requirements for ICT services/projects from various business sectors. You'll work closely with stakeholders and technical experts to plan, design, and develop solutions that meet business requirements and drive improvements.Job Description
- Gather demand for ICT services by collaborating closely with our ICT Business Partner and other business areas, utilising methods like workshops and user interviews to elicit business needs and requirements.
- Capture, raise, and coordinate the global demand management process to ensure alignment among stakeholders, facilitate the demand decision process, and establish a shared understanding of demand priority.
- Analyse existing processes, systems, applications, and functions to ensure alignment with strategic ICT objectives.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify trends and aid in determining business priorities.
- Develop and maintain key relationships with users, technical staff, and stakeholders to identify and address issues effectively.
- Provide accurate technical advice and solutions to support the specification of business requirements for both new and existing solutions.

Required Skills and Competencies
- Experienced in both project management and business analysis, adept at translating complex ICT demands into actionable projects.
- Versatile in various ICT deliveries including infrastructure, application, and migration projects.
- Skilled in facilitating stakeholder sessions, breaking down requirements, and engaging with technical details.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficient presentation abilities.
- A good understanding of Enablon and SharePoint are desirable.
