Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions Conduct diabetic foot health assessments Contribute to chronic disease management plans Treat high-risk patient groups Provide footwear and foot care advice Make referrals to other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

We are seeking a qualified, AHPRA-registered clinician who aligns with our innovative healthcare approach. The role involves traveling to various locations in Perth, so owning a vehicle is essential (a mobile allowance is provided).
