THE POSITION:

Newly created Temp to Perm position available for an experienced Administration Allrounder to run office. This is a stand alone admin position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate office
  • Preparation of tenders and quotes
  • Maintain scheduling register
  • Invoicing
  • Upload documents via various portals
  • Training provided
  • Filing / archiving of documents
  • MYOB & MS Office
  • Intermediate

EXPERIENCE:

  • Min 35 years office administration experience
  • Intermediate
to advanced computer skills

  • High attention to detail
  • Building/construction industry experience, highly regarded
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organised and can do attitude

START:
End of May 2023

DAYS/HOURS:
Flexible 3 full days per week or 5 days school hours

HOURLY RATE:
$35.00/Hour (Includes casual loading)

Interview with company required prior to commencement.
