About the role
In collaboration with the centre-based team as an Educator you will:

  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues and the centre community
  • Document children's learning and development
  • Actively contribute to the implementation of the Aurrum Kids curriculum

Ideal Background

  • Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent
  • Good understanding of the Early Years Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding or willingness to learn the Reggio Emilia philosophy
To be successful in the role you will need to provide the following:

  • Evidence of Australian working rights (passport, birth certificate, citizenship or current visa)
  • Current Working With Children Check
  • First Aid Certificate including CPR & A&A
  • Evidence of qualifications and any relevant professional education registrations
  • Completion of the Pre-Existing Injury Declaration form
