At Healius, we are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Volume Talent Partner to join our team.
As a Volume Talent Partner, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, partnering with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective strategies to source and recruit high volumes of candidates. You will have a hand in every step of the hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in volume recruiting and a strong track record of sourcing and attracting top talent. Additionally, the Volume Talent Partner will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective strategies to source and recruit high volumes of candidates Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as online job boards, social media platforms, and networking events, to identify potential candidates Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring teams Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed Track and analyse recruitment data to identify key metrics and trends for continuous improvement Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates (where appropriate)Requirements:
Proven working experience in recruiting or sourcing, preferably in a high-volume environment Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Proficient in using online job boards, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
