Our Opportunity


We are seeking a self-driven and ambitious Sales and Estimating Manager, with a strong sense of Commercial, Engineering and Bid Management acumen, to join our Infrastructure Services business based in Adelaide.


Reporting to the General Manager SA/NT, this strategic leadership role, will be critical to the success of the pre-contracts team, and one which will drive our customer engagement strategy for the Region.


It will provide you an opportunity to leverage an industry wide network to gather information, engage and influence stakeholders, strategically position our organisation, form teams, and pursue and convert key opportunities into delivery, for a diverse range of public and private sector clients.

It will also enable future career pathways into more Senior Leadership opportunities, with succession planning in focus.

You will have a successful demonstrated track record converting leads into opportunities, with a history that demonstrates you as an influencer in the Construction sector, with an appropriate foundation of Technical/Engineering expertise.

Once opportunities are created, you will have the ability to manage the full tender process life cycle for Central Region.


You will have an innate ability to develop and build positive relationships, whilst working collaboratively across a diverse and complex environment.

You will be resilient, adaptable, and someone who is comfortable taking initiative.

Key to your success, will be your ability to bring people together, maintain lasting relationships and develop new business, in an affable and professional manner.


We would also like to see:

  • Proven first principles estimating capability;
  • Familiarity with a range of procurement & contracting models;
  • Understanding of multidisciplined construction methodologies/planning;
  • Familiarity with financial and project management principles;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in a 'client facing' environment;
