  • Note: You must be able to work shift work posttraining. This is 4 days on day shift 6:30am to 6:30pm, then 4 days break, then 4 days on nightshift 6:30pm to 6:30am.
  • 1 week extra annual leave provided (5 weeks total) due to shift work.

Here's a sneak peek into what you'll spend your time doing:
First level support to our VDBA clients.

Where alerts or support requests are received the VDBA Support Team Member will follow company process to investigate and if possible be the initial point of resolution.

Where resolution is not possible the VDBA Support Team Member will escalate issue to the next level of support as per company escalation process for resolution

What we're looking for in our next awesome human:

  • A genuine interest and passion to break into the information technology industry.
  • You'll be someone who has a natural ability when it comes to building relationships, with a focus on providing an exceptional service.
  • Communication skills are key
  • You'll be able to cope with deadlines and pressure.
  • You're someone who is process driven, able to effectively prioritise tasks and you consistently demonstrate initiative.
  • You are able to commit to the shift work requirements post your 3month training. This is 4 days on day shift 6:30am to 6:30pm, then 4 days break, then 4 days on nightshift 6:30pm to 6:30am. Completely onsite in our Brisbane City Head Office.
  • We require Australian Working Rights for this position.
  • Due to our ISO27001 Compliance we require all staff to have a clean criminal record, we will facilitate a police check upon acceptance of an offer
