Our In-Home Services team are now looking for an In the Home Consultant. This role will see you specialising in Kitchen, Bathroom and Laundry design who can provide 'Best Experience' to customers whilst forging strong relationships with our Operations, Leadership and In Store Kitchen Expert Team Members across the Sydney Region. This unique In-Home Consultant role is focused on providing creative and budget friendly designs to customers through one-on-one consultations in their home. With support from your State Home Service Manager, you will develop and implement sales plans to target growth opportunities whilst working with our in-store teams. You will have a strong knowledge of Kitchen and Bathroom Design whilst having confidence in achieving sales and KPI's.

Reporting directly to the In Home Services Lead, you are a knowledgeable and experienced Kitchen and Bathroom expert who can confidently engage in supporting and converting new business opportunities ensuring that our customers receive the most appropriate, value-added solutions that suit their needs.

In addition, the above you can expect to:

  • Develop strategies to combat competitor activities.
  • Conduct all tasks and activities in accordance with all applicable laws including Trade Practices Laws, and ACCC. Ensure full compliance to administration procedures within the business.
  • Identify product and market opportunities in your area.
  • Provide Weekly sales reporting and data analysis to drive sales

Who we're looking for:

We're on the lookout for Kitchen and Bathroom consultants who are passionate about helping others and keen to learn and grow. The role of an In-Home Consultant is highly rewarding and challenging so we are looking for a passionate individual with interest in Interiors, DIY or Residential Construction. Design knowledge is not essential but beneficial with a strong understanding of computer systems, attention to detail and organisation skills are a must. You will love being a part of your customers projects as you see ideas transform into amazing results.

  • Be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers in their home
  • An eagerness to learn about products and services
