Job Description:

Our Apprenticeship Program.

We have a number of opportunities within our Pakenham, Dandenong and Croydon workshops.

No matter which apprenticeship you choose you will work with professional and qualified tradespeople and participate in an extensive, tailor made four-year apprenticeship program, constantly evolving to incorporate the changes required for a zero emission fleet.

Through a combination of automotive theory and practical learning you will learn a wide range of skills within the heavy automotive industry.

Apprenticeships available are:

Diesel Mechanic - Cert III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Technology | Pakenham Workshop
Body Repair - Cert III in Automotive Body Repair Technology | Dandenong Workshop

On completion you will receive a nationally recognised trade qualification or continue your learning journey and learn a dual trade

All training is paid for and includes rotations through workshop roles and departments, and off-site specialist training. You will be mentored by fully experienced qualified tradespeople who are the best in their fields. Hourly rates are competitive and above award rates. And you get a pay rise every year We pay tool allowances, penalty rates and a whole lot more

A year 12 pass (or equivalent)

A mechanical mind determined to get to the bottom of any issue
A passion for the heavy vehicle industry
An inquisitive nature, desire to learn and ability to follow direction and instruction.
