You are responsible for supporting the external facilities management functions for selected properties

The main responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring building services projects, budget & expenditure control, the invoicing process, legislative health & safety compliance, essential service compliance, and tenant disputes are addressed
  • Coordinating, reviewing, and analysing the due diligence reports related to the acquisition of new properties
  • Performing regular site visits and analysing the effectiveness of property operations
  • Preparing regular CHASL property reports
