A rare opportunity exists for a Manager, Integrity to join a newly formed team tasked with establishing the new Department of Government Services.

About us The Department of Government Services (DGS) was established on 1 January 2023 to improve everyone's experience of doing business and interacting with the Victorian government.

We bring important day-to-day services together in one department to make things easy and seamless for Victorians and businesses.

We are doing this by connecting and digitising our systems and platforms across state and local government as well as streamlining our corporate and procurement services.

About the role The Manager, Integrity provides expert strategic advice to the Department regarding integrity investigations, capability development programs and reporting requirements.

This role provides leadership and guidance on integrity investigative methodologies, education, and reporting programs.

About you To be considered for the role, you must be able to:

  • Demonstrate skills and extensive experience in leading, managing and undertaking complex administrative and/or disciplinary inquiries and investigations involving fraud and corruption.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of contemporary corporate governance/integrity issues and experience in developing, implementing and evaluating education programs to support engagement in this area.
  • Demonstrate ability to lead and manage teams and promote an effective collaborative working environment.

Other relevant information
