About the Role

  • Undertake regular maintenance inspections and carry out maintenance works.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders in relation to the scheduling of maintenance works at display centers & Burbank client's properties.
  • Perform routine and scheduled Maintenance of properties including painting, tiling, minor electrical and plumbing repairs.
  • Maintain communication with clients in relation to the scheduling and completion of all repair works.
  • Complete daily work record forms and job assignment sheets, and other paperwork as required.

About You

  • Ability to liaise and negotiate with a wide range of personalities and to represent Burbank professionally at all times.
  • General knowledge of land developments across Melbourne.
  • Good networking, relationship building and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in the building and construction industry; trade qualifications preferred.
  • Driver's licence essential.
