The Opportunity

Marion team in our BlueScope Building Components business as a
Storeperson.

BlueScope Building Components, a division of BlueScope in Australia, manufactures and markets steel building products, solutions and services through its four leading brands:
Lysaght, Fielders, Ranbuild and Kiteleys.

The storeperson supports our warehouse operations in ensuring our products and solutions are delivered in a safe and timely manner for our customers.

We are looking for someone who wants to learn and operate processing machinery.

You will receive ongoing training and support to learn all aspects of the role allowing for future career development opportunities.

Working Monday to Friday, this is a permanent full-time role and shift commences at 6.30am to 3pm.**
What Will You Do?
In this role, working with your team, you will receive ongoing training and support to learn to:

• safely loading and unloading our products on and off trucks

- accurately pick and pack orders to prepare for customer collect
- locating and organising the storage of products
- checking picked orders, invoicing and branch transfers
- general filing of receipts and invoices
- housekeeping and maintenance of the warehouse area
- assist the Warehouse Manager with periodic stock checks
- successfully contribute to a safe working environment
