Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing cash optimization processes and methodologies, reporting back on findings
  • Consolidate multiple data sources and analysing patterns, trends, anomalies and root causes
  • Report on the performance of CIT vendors to ensure delivery in line with contractual obligations and performance metrics
  • Manage outward communication to CIT vendors to facilitate understanding and awareness of organisational strategic direction, changes and challenges
  • Monitor and report any important changes in cash demand that impacts Operational budgets
  • Daily Bailment account monitoring, reconciliation and limit calculation
  • Maintaining of SLA breach registers, assisting with monthly SLA claims
  • Monthly Bailment reconciliation
  • Any other tasks as assigned by Management to ensure the effective operation of the department

  • Accuracy in reconciling figures

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Diploma in Business/Finance preferred but not essential
Experience

  • Intermediate MS Excel skills
  • Microsoft AX Dynamics experience
  • Online Banking Facilities
  • DCPro
  • ATM Remote Management Software (Triton Connect, Moniview, KTC, NeoRams, GRG)
  • Financial / Reconciliation or similar background is desired

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
