You

  • Will be an employment lawyer at the Senior Associate or Associate level with a particular focus on workplace issues including drafting and advising on employment contracts, employee entitlements, statutory obligations, discrimination issues, unfair dismissals, and contracts as well as independent contractor agreements.

The role

  • Will see you advise and negotiate on employment aspects in commercial transactions and provide clients with advice on appropriate procedures to minimize risk when recruiting staff and terminating employees.
  • Drafting policies relating to equal opportunity, privacy and WH&S, drafting AWAs and individual and collective agreements, as well as advising on employee entitlements pursuant to both Federal and State jurisdictions.
