The Opportunity

Role and Responsibilities

  • Roles and Responsibilities
  • Transactional Control: Manage and oversee directtoconsumer transactions and payment gateway operations within our ecommerce and online accounts
  • Ledger Management and Analysis: Conduct regular reviews of our ecommerce and payment gateway account ledgers, meticulously identify abnormal postings and play a crucial role in uncovering incorrect billing, flagged orders, and failed transactions
  • Chargeback Resolution: Handle payment gateway chargebacks with finesse and efficiency. Conduct reference and investigation check to ensure fair and satisfactory resolutions
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within our transaction management and payment gateway systems
  • Monitor the status of debit and credit transactions, collaborating with internal teams, and proactively addressing any overdue items
  • Cash Forecasting: Prepare accurate cash forecasts for our ecommerce and online accounts
  • Debt Recovery and

Fraud Management:
Collaborate closely with our customer service and collection teams to effectively manage debt recovery efforts Conduct investigations and quality checks payment discrepancies, engage with collection agents, and take necessary actions to safeguard our business against fraudulent activitiesSkills and Qualifications

  • Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business while showcasing a understanding of ecommerce accounts receivables
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience, demonstrating expertise in accounts receivable management and reconciliation experience
  • Previous experience in an ecommerce business unit, preferably in the fastmoving consumer goods (FMCG) industry
  • Proficiency in backend systems such as SAP, Hybris, and payment gateways
