About the Role

Team Global Express (TGE) are seeking the support of a highly motivated Sales Manager. We are looking to bring on a driven and tenacious individual to work collaboratively across the business. As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing, mentoring and motivating a team of five Account Managers. Your team have set targets to meet with a view to cross sell across the different business units. The team will be upskilled with the aim to have the entire team across all business units. This role requires someone who is a passionate leader, is organised and enjoys building relationships.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Engage and prepare the annual sales budget across revenue, gross margin, and cost of sales
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Drive salesforce hygiene across all team members
  • Be accountable for the portfolio performance and overall new business achievements
  • Prepare annualised budgets by individual
  • Implement quarterly sales and marketing plans
  • Implement and monitor a customer relationship framework
  • Utilise customer profitability models
  • Improve yield per customer
  • Introduce and monitor standardised sales processes, disciplines and benchmarks as outlined by management
  • Pipeline
  • Undertake formal performance assessments of personnel
  • Recruit, motivate and continue to develop high quality sales personnel
About You
