Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the kitchen and frontofhouse team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Deliver dishes from the kitchen to the appropriate tables promptly and efficiently.
  • Present dishes to guests with finesse and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guests' inquiries and requests courteously.
  • Collaborate with the section waiters and bartenders to maintain a smooth flow of service.
  • Assist with table setup and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Proactively anticipate guests' needs and provide assistance as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a food runner or in a similar role within an upscale restaurant or fine dining establishment is an advantage.
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to presenting dishes beautifully.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to work as part of a cohesive team.


 Available Tuesday
  • Saturday, as required by the restaurant's operating hours.
