We are searching for an experienced Senior Digital Designer to join our website team in one of the world's most exciting technology unicorns and fastest-growing global SaaS companies. As a key member of our Acquisition team, you will steer the design direction of SafetyCulture's digital campaigns and websites, creating engaging experiences to boost customer acquisition and enhance user experience across all our website assets.

What will I be doing?
  • Be the primary designer in a multi-disciplinary squad, with significant influence
  • Collaborate closely with the Digital Product Owner, web developers, and key stakeholders to define the roadmap for our website assets
  • Address website visitors' challenges through research and data
  • Excel in both UX and UI: from research to pixel-perfect implementation with developers and everything in between
  • Create landing pages, digital campaigns, app-store listings, and A/B test material. Maintain and expand our website design system
What do I need?
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in a similar design role
  • Keen eye for detail and quality
  • Proactively seek collaboration and feedback from others
  • Outstanding storytelling skills to articulate design decisions clearly
  • Passion for learning, eager to take on more responsibilities and grow as a designer
  • Thrilled to work in a fast-paced company and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Deep understanding of web accessibility and responsive design
  • Experience with content management systems or testing software is a plus
