• Hold a current Victorian RSA certificate. Don't have this? No problem, we can help you obtain this.
• Must thrive on social interactions We want an outgoing personality someone who can read the room and engage with various people from all walks of life.
• A conversationalist who is approachable and can build rapport quickly.
• Must be available to work Friday and Saturday nights.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Great communication skills with customers staff and Management.
• Good knowledge of food and wine pairing.
• Must be able to talk the talk and walk the walk.
• Strong cash handlings skills includes POS systems, EFTPOS.
