About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our TV Sales team in Sydney. As part of this collaborative team, you will offer administrative support to Account Managers and Sales Managers daily. The Sales Coordinators play a crucial role in ensuring high client satisfaction, maximizing revenue through proposal preparation, report generation, and client database management.

Responsibilities

  • Offer admin support to designated Account Managers
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through timely responses and professional communication
  • Collaborate with the sales team and assist with client activities
  • Contribute to campaign reports, proposals, and booking procedures
  • Be involved in the creative process, client queries, and revenue reporting
  • Act as a key contact point in the absence of Account Managers

Experience Required

  • A positive team player open to new challenges
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Genuine interest in media industry and sales career development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and time management skills
