Reporting to the Group Manager Corporate Solutions, we are seeking an experienced UKG Solutions Specialist able to provide tailored recommendation of how to optimise usage of UKG software, combined with existing company systems.

This role will be part of a companywide technology uplift and provide support across multiple teams enhancing our workforce management processes.


These roles require strong stakeholder and relationship building skills as you will be required to provide proactive advice and resolve complex technical issues across the Crown Resorts Group.

This is a hybrid permanent role that can based in Melbourne or Sydney or Perth.

Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to
:

  • Delivery of high level and detailed UKG solution models, solution development and the implementation of solutions across the Crown Resorts Group
  • Deliver the products and solutions framework and IT strategy across the Crown Resorts Group
  • Working with the business to provide solutions using UKG software to address current solution integration challenges
  • Collaborate and delivery of team projects and provide input and advice to management on these projects

To be successful in this role, you will need
:

  • Strong understanding of UKG software (formerly known as Ultimate Software and Kronos) and its functionalities
  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities and communication skills
  • Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and UKG software updates, continuously expanding your knowledge and expertise
  • Demonstrated experience of collaborating with diverse teams to deliver business outcomes
