About the Role:

We are seeking a Corporate Communications & PR Manager to join our UK team in London. This role is integral to our global communications team, focusing on strategic company communications and consumer PR in the EMEA region. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, lead initiatives, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and distribute various communication materials including articles, press releases, and speeches
  • Develop communication strategies to manage the company's reputation and respond to crises
  • Coordinate media interviews and prepare leaders for public engagements
  • Support internal communications and provide guidance on corporate topics
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on communication initiatives and ensure messaging consistency
  • Work with sustainability department on relevant messaging and communications
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide strategic communications guidance
  • Monitor industry trends and communication best practices
  • Manage online pressroom and liaise with external PR agencies

Requirements (examples include):

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 years' experience in Communication, PR, or related fields
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to learn new applications
  • Experience in developing comprehensive communications plans and presenting to senior leadership
  • Understanding of communication metrics, AP style, and versatility in writing for different platforms
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and language skills (English fluency required)
