Small APS agency is growing their HR team, to support a range of HR strategies they are looking to implement in 2023.

They have multiple positions and can engage via a non-ongoing/fixed term contract of up to 18 months or via a temporary or ongoing s26 transfer (for current APS employees).


Although a small APS agency, they have offices in most capital cities and can consider new team members to work from any of these locations.

They offer flexible work arrangements and the ability to grow your experience in a range of HR functions.

These roles will suit experienced HR managers, with expertise in managing small teams across one or more of the following functions:

  • Strategic workforce planning, reporting and analytics
  • Workplace Relations
  • Strategic workforce development and capability, including leadership, learning and development and diversity and inclusion
  • Employee Relations; performance, conduct as well as HR policy; and
  • HR People Partners


This year will see the development of this agencies strategic workforce plan and they are looking to grow this established HR team that can support the development and implementation of the plan and programs of new work, as well as the review and enhancement of established processes, functions and systems (including a range of challenging industrial changes).


This team needs high performing HR managers who likes a challenge and can see the opportunities in change, supporting others along the change journey as well.


Salary range for these roles is $104K-$125K plus super (15.4%) and Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a baseline clearance is mandatory to be considered.
