Lindfield Activity Centre is located on the grounds of Lindfield Public School.

We offer Before & After School Care during Term as well as an exciting Vacation Care program during the School Holidays.


We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our great team. Morning shifts run from 7:00am - 9:30am and afternoon shifts run from 2:15pm - 6:15pm. During Vacation Care there are varied shifts we can offer you.

Duties:

  • Engaging with children aged 51
  • Assisting with a range of indoor and outdoor activities
  • Assisting in excursion & incursion days during Vacation Care
  • Evaluating children's learning through critical reflection
  • Food preparation, Cleaning and general keeping the centre tidy
  • A team player who is supportive of other Educators and willingness to listen and learn
  • Strong Professionalism and work ethics

Essential Criteria:

  • Current working with children check (WWCC)
  • Mandatory
  • Accredited Asthma and Anaphylaxis or willingness to obtain
  • A current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Accredited child protection training or willingness to obtain

Desired:

  • Certificate IV or working towards
  • Experience in working in an OOSH environment.
  • An understanding of My Time Our Place framework for school aged care
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Caring and approachable manner

  • Working With Children Check clearance document

$ $31.20 per hour
