About You:

• Forklift License: Essential for the role to handle and move stock efficiently.
• A current MR Truck Licence (not essential, but preferred)
• Experience in the

Plumbing Industry:
Knowledge of plumbing materials and tools is highly desirable.

• Ability to

Work Independently:
Must be self-motivated and capable of managing tasks without constant supervision.

• No medical limitations in regard to physical lifting and handling heavy materials within Workplace Safety Limitations.
• Warehouse Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial

Role Involves:

Stocktake:

• Conduct regular stocktakes to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Maintain detailed records of stock levels and report discrepancies.

Inventory Management and Ordering:

• Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary to maintain optimal stock.
• Liaise with suppliers to order new stock and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Dispatching Goods for Daily Jobs:

• Prepare and dispatch materials and tools required for daily plumbing jobs.
• Coordinate with the plumbing team to ensure they have the necessary supplies for their tasks.

Receiving and Putting Away Deliveries:

• Receive deliveries from suppliers, check for accuracy, and inspect for damages.
• Organize and put away deliveries promptly to ensure a tidy and efficient warehouse.

Warehouse Maintenance and Organization:

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Implement and maintain organizational systems to streamline warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage stock levels and inventory.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods for plumbing jobs.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Foster positive relationships with suppliers and the plumbing team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid forklift license
• Current MR Truck Licence (preferred but not essential)
• Proven experience in the plumbing industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to

work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
