Job Description:


The People & Performance Analytics and Compliance Manager will develop and maintain HR metrics that assist the People & Performance team to inform and support the business through a data-driven approach.

You will own both the regular cadence of P&P reporting as well as ad hoc reporting as required to identify clear trends in the data.

You will act as the main point of contact for all HR reporting requests and anticipate customer needs based on market and trends as well as process, policy and strategic review.


To be successful in this role you:

  • Must have experience within the HR data analytics space as well as experience of extracting data and reports and analysing data.
  • The ability to utilise data across a variety of systems and bringing it together to provide insightful information
  • Act as the main point of contact for all HR reporting requests and anticipate customer needs based on market and trends as well as process, policy and strategic reviews
  • Work closely with HR Coordinators to ensure that our HRIS system data is accurate. Participate in continual improvement projects of the HRIS system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM or related discipline
  • 25 years' experience in a HR capacity
  • Advanced knowledge and capability of Microsoft office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Customer service mindset, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
