Due to internal promotions, they are looking to appoint an Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer.

About the role


Supporting the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to the Executive and selected administrative functions in support of the wider Corporate Services unit.


This includes, but is not limited to:
Coordinating the forward planned schedule and daily business of the Executive including coordinating meetings, information briefs, and travel demands;
Organising briefing material for Board and Committee reports and other business performance documents and ensuring actions arising from meetings are distributed and actioned;
Manage functional support including undertaking specific projects in support of the business unit and its long-term operations;
Prepare a variety of complex reports, including attending meetings to gather information, conducting internet and other research; and

Ensure procurement activities are undertaken in accordance with corporate policies and procurement provisions.

About you

Previously arranged and maintained relevant documentation for meetings with experience in providing board or ELT support;
Heavy diary and calendar management experience with regular travel management requirements;
The ability to coordinate varied and conflicting demands to agreed standards and timelines;
High level communication amongst senior stakeholders; and

Exposure to the program SAP or similar highly desired.
