The role & team

Specsavers have a fun, close-knit, friendly and supportive Partner Support team, which consists of a team of four reporting into the Retail and Customer Operations Manager.

The team are part of the wider Central Operations team of around thirty including the Operations, Store Support and Retail Training & Design teams.

In this newly created Retail Customer Operations Consultant role, you will provide consultative support in the Customer Service function, working cross functionally throughout the business to drive the Australia and New Zealand customer service strategy.

This remit covers customer insights, system management, tools and resourcing to support the end users of our suite of Customer Insights programs and technologies.


The essential skills we are looking for

  • Strong project management and administrative skills, with the ability to organise and prioritise work to meet strict deadlines
  • Thrive in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Previous experience with customer insights data is highly desired
  • A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships with a diverse range of people at all levels of an organisation
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
