We're on the lookout for a Regional Leadership & Learning Manager to cover a 12-month maternity leave, driving the strategy and initiatives of the Leadership & Learning Team in the AP region.
Key Duties
- Collaborate with L&L Partners and key stakeholders to identify learning needs and design tailored programs
- Develop and deliver training programs through various mediums like classrooms, webinars, and development initiatives
- Align local training programs with regional and global standards at all levels
- Oversee and execute learning initiatives effectively
- Coordinate with internal and external trainers
- Work closely with junior team members and service center teams to manage administrative tasks, track CPD, and enhance processes
- Provide support for Executive Coaching services to senior lawyers and Partners
Qualifications
Essential
- Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Learning & Development or relevant field
- Extensive experience in a similar role within a sizeable corporate or professional setting
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities
- Expertise in designing and delivering training on communication, interpersonal skills, business development, leadership, and team management
- Blend of academic learning design skills and practical business acumen
- Team player with a growth mindset and proactive approach to change
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Legal background or L&D experience in professional services (e.g. law or accounting firm)
- People management and supervisory experience
- Culturally aware with international exposure, coaching certification is a plus
