Senior Statutory Planner

We are in search of a highly qualified and experienced Senior Statutory Planner to lead our statutory planning team with confidence.

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of statutory planning, from assessing planning applications to offering guidance to stakeholders.

What we are looking for:
- Strong expertise in statutory planning.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Previous team management experience.
- Proficiency in delivering presentations and problem-solving related to statutory planning.

Required qualifications:
- A degree in Town Planning or a related field.

Working Hours:
Full-Time, with 75 hours per fortnight.

Compensation:
Salary range: $97,581.04 to $109,825.30, plus benefits.
