Corporate General Manager & Regional Chartering Manager OINO Shipbrokers is a leading shipbroking house offering professional services to the shipping industry.

OINO Shipbrokers was established in 1972 by the late Takis Kakoulidis under the name P.
K.
Kakoulidis Shipping Co Ltd., and has been growing ever since.
ARE YOU THE ONEQualifications and skills:· Significant shipping experience· Understanding of our clients' businesses· An in-depth knowledge of the market / value chain mechanisms· Ability to analyze and act upon market information· Understanding of portfolio management· Thorough understanding of the legal aspects of a contract Major tasks and responsibilities:· Develop OINO presence in the region - particularly for bulk· In-charge of developing new clients and retaining existing clients in the region and ensure they all meet counterparty risk criteria· Manage and co-ordinate chartering efforts in the region and personally contribute to and develop business with clients· Act as an internal service provider and extended chartering arm for each of the business segments reporting directly to each Head of Segment· Meet personal KPI's agreed during appraisal review· Stronger presence in day-to-day activities on ship brokering in the region - ensuring close co -ordination with heads of segments· Working closely with customers, colleagues and third parties to ensure smooth operation of shipping contracts Job Requirements- Degree or Diploma in Maritime Business- Valid working visa (please indicate in CV)- Ability to work under pressure and timeline- Multi - linguistic skills preferred (please indicate in CV)- Good negotiation skills, strong interpersonal and networking skills- Proven ability to analyse and act upon market- Demonstrated problem solving and excellent time management skills- Team minded; goal oriented & open-minded personality
