Responsibilities:

In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivery of new features and initiatives to improve product, systems, and codebases,
  • Taking charge of the technical projects, working closely with our inhouse, remote and vendor development teams,
  • Developing a change strategy and coaching/managing App Developers,
  • Working with the Enterprise Architect to use the best delivery and development principles,
  • Creation of continuous delivery of quality software with a focus on automation,
  • Development and implementation of project standards, methods, and procedures in accordance with industry standards, and
  • Engaging with our internal and external stakeholders as a Digital representative.
Skills and Experience

  • 6+ years' experience within DevOps and IT Development, with experience managing Developers,
  • Tertiary qualifications with Software Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or relevant discipline,
  • Demonstrated experience in leading technology/digital teams within complex and multivendor environments, working on significant projects,
  • Proficiency using Microsoft technologies, CMS, Swift, Kotlin, Xamarin, Blazor,.NET, C#, and digital platform administration,
  • Experience using JIRA, Git and App Events Tracking using Firebase/GA,
  • Confidence implementing various SDLC methodologies (inclusive of agile),
  • The ability to lead and inspire people around you,
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
