CoGri Australia are seeking a Civil Engineering Technician. CoGri Australia specialises in concrete industrial floors. We are looking for an experience Civil Engineering Technician to join our growing team in Brisbane office.

Key tasks

  • Coordinate and communicatedesign requirements with consultants, engineering, clients and subcontractors
  • Attend the site to determine or confirm project requirements
  • Estimate costs and prepare specifications for materials
  • Participate in project risk assessments and site safety inspections
  • Assist in establishing detailed programmes for the planning of the construction of concrete repairs
  • Providing support to civil engineers
  • Conducts tests of equipment and materials, prepares sketches Professionals and Engineering Technologists.
  • Prepare plans, charts and designs
  • Read and understand slab construction plans
  • Surveying sites and test appropriateness flatness of concrete industrial floors
  • Calculating the amount and type of materials needed.
  • Ensuring work is carried out according to deadlines.
  • Identify and escalate problems.
  • Other onsite activities such as inspection, testing and construction

Requirements:

  • Australian driving license
  • Diploma in civil engineering or 2 years equivalent experience
  • Legal right to live and work in Australia
  • Work fulltime

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$73,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
