About the Role:

VET - Industry Engagement Casual School Officer Level 5

Student Services Casual School Officer Level 4

Respond to enquiries from staff, students, parents and general public and address issues in accordance with routines, methods and procedures.

Sick bay. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs including database, spreadsheets and word processing. Knowlege of eMinerva is desirable.

College Receptionist Casual School Officer Level 4

General office duties including, day to day running of parent reception, maintain and update volunteer register, Sick Bay assist when required, eMinerva entries/reports when required, Visitor sign in/out register (Passtab), receiving of/posting mail, maintain staff pigeonholes, distribution of deliveries, ordering of stationery, oversees photocopiers of college, check toner, paper and servicing requirements, booking buses, maintain working filing systems.

Undertake end-end accounts payable processing including entering and reconciling invoices.

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

  • hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
