Collingwood is looking for friendly and cheerful Cafe Team members to take care of our customers whilst they wait for their cars to be brought back to look like new by our driveway team

Duties include:

  • Positively interacting with customers to provide them with a great customer experience.
  • Making delicious coffees and hot beverages
  • Heating and preparing food items and serving them to customers in a timely manner.
  • Processing customer payments for Carwash services
  • Genuinely loves interacting with people.
  • Big on cleanliness and keeping the café looking great e.g., cleaning, tidying up, etc.
  • Assisting the driveway team as required including informing customers when their vehicles are ready.

Other qualities we're looking for include:

  • Previous experience or qualification as a Barista
  • Knows how to tell a good coffee from a bad one and has mastered the art of making them.
  • Previous experience working in a customerfacing role.
  • Energetic and friendly
  • Genuinely helpful has a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude to customer requests.
  • Proven track record of going above and beyond to make customers happy.
  • Great communication skills
  • True teamplayer
  • Can work well under pressure in a busy, fastpaced environment.
