About Us:

Masqati Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, providing ongoing support and professional development opportunities.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times, handling customer complaints and feedback professionally.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to achieve business targets.
  • Oversee inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to ensure consistent stock availability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, implementing necessary protocols and training.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menus, ensuring a diverse and appealing offering.
  • Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, conducting regular quality checks.
  • Evaluate staff performance and conduct regular reviews, setting goals and providing feedback for improvement.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
