The Role & What We Are Looking For
The IT Service Desk Analyst is responsible for providing hardware and software IT support to internal office and field-based customers and is the first point of contact for all IT related queries.
- Knowledge of SOE image deployment and configuration using MS Intune/Autopilot
- Previous experience of working within an ITIL framework with strong awareness of Incident and problem management processes.
- Proven experience and understanding of a Windows desktop and Microsoft Office 365 Environment.
- Strong customer service focus and a desire to assist others.
- A demonstrated commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
- Proven troubleshooting & problemsolving skills.
- An ability to prioritise and delegate multiple conflicting priorities within a busy helpdesk environment.
- The ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation.
- Flexibility to work a variable day shift pattern Monday to Friday as circumstances occasionally dictate.
- A tertiary qualification to Certificate level III in IT, or an industry/vendor qualification (e.g. Microsoft) is desirable.
- ITIL Foundation qualification highly desirable.
