What we're looking for

Alliance Airlines are on the lookout for motivated, safety-conscious individuals to join our Cabin Crew team and represent our airline to the highest standard

We offer unique opportunities to operate on flights servicing the resource industry, charter flights for private clients.

Currently seeking Expressions of Interest for our Perth base. Ground School scheduled to commence 19th of August 2024.


To be considered as part of our Cabin Crew team:

At least 18 years old
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to swim at least 50 meters unaided
- Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a high-pressured environment
- No visible tattoos while wearing the Alliance uniform

You must have the following:

Australian or NZ passport (unrestricted access, citizen or Permanent resident)*
- Australian driver's license
- First Aid Certificate*
- CPR Certificate*
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Covid-19 vaccination certificate (minimum double)

*Certificates must have a minimum 6-month validity at the commencement of ground school

What we look for in our Cabin Crew:

Safety conscious with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A flexible and reliable approach
- Display a clear passion for customer service
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to successfully complete a 5-week ground school program
- Display a positive attitude and a professional image

What our ground school looks like:

Week 1- Theory (incl. Aviation Overview, Company policies, aircraft familiarization)
Week 2- Theory & Practical (incl. Inflight emergencies, Unlawful interference, Safety & Security)
Week 3- Theory and Practical (incl. Survival skills, wet drills, fire training)
Week 4- Theory and Practical (Emergency Landing Preparation, Evacuations)
Week 5 - Theory & Practical (incl. Qantas service training, Security training, Aviation Medicine, SOPs)
Week 6 – Theory & Practical (incl. Aircraft Differences, Graduation)

*Candidates who successfully pass all assessments during Ground School graduate into a Flight attendant position or Cabin Manager position depending on performance*

Pay & Benefits:

Flight attendant base salary - $61,279.05*
Cabin Manager base salary - $67,032.51*

*Plus allowances including extended duty, overnights, productivity
*Overnight accommodation plus transportation to and from the airport is provided by the company

Full pay from day one of ground school
