We are an enthusiastic team of early childhood professionals with the focus of providing a high quality, best practice service within the NDIS partners in the community approach to children and families. This role is for a coordinator to work within the early supports pathway.

The skills and experience we are looking for include:

  • Minimum diploma tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Allied Health Professions or other relevant education/health professional field (new graduates encouraged to apply)
  • An understanding of early childhood development and the ability to use this knowledge to support & upskill families in an individualised way one size does not fit all
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills & the ability to work within a multidisciplinary, key worker framework to ensure holistic, quality early interventions for families
  • Experience providing support to families using a strengthsbased, coaching approach that values the child's natural environments is desirable.
  • You will also write reports, and provide details to the NDIA on a child's developmental and functional abilities, so proficient use of a computer is essential

Other requirements include:

  • Current Driver's Licence
  • P1 minimum
  • Valid Working with Children's Check Clearance.
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDIS WC) or willingness to obtain.
  • Requirement of 3 doses of an approved Covid19 vaccination or an approved medical contraindication certificate, in accordance with current Northcott requirements.
  • Successful preemployment police check.
