As the Store Manager you will;

  • Provide onbrand customer experience to all customers. You understand the importance of local community and know many of your regular customer by name.
  • Be a product expert. You're passionate about fit, features and love the idea of sustainable fashion.
  • You love to mentor and train you set people up for success. You will train and develop your team through regular coaching and feedback, helping them achieve their KPIs
  • Possess Strong Business Acumen... you will identify opportunities & action great initiatives. You will oversee stock management, manage wages and oversee all rostering needs, productivity and manage expenses in line with budgets.
  • You will work with the broader business and provide feedback on product, best sellers and merchandising to head office...
