MECHANICAL FITTERS.


As a Mechanical Fitter you will undertake planned maintenance, project works on fixed plant mining equipment, including but not limited to, crushers, conveyors, chutes, and screens.


Key Responsibilities Include

  • Machine operating to fabricate metallic materials
  • Maintain cleanliness of assigned work floor and equipment.
  • Diagnosing faults / problems and identifying appropriate action.
  • Disassembly and Assembly of Machinery.
  • Conform to and promote OHS and Safe Working Practices

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Compulsory_
  • Trade Certificate III Mechanical Engineering (Or Australian Trade Recognition)
  • Previous Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
  • Continuous Improvement Focus & Great Attitude
  • Experience with Hydraulics
  • Ability to work independently and part of a Team
  • Valid WA Driver's License
  • Preferred_
  • Forklift Ticket (LF)
